Prices 2009

Rate short-stay (2-3 night) :

Low season : January, February, March, November, December
Average season : April, May, June, September, October.
High season : July and August.

Prices include : water, gas, heating, air conditioning (for those apartments equipped with it), TV and bed linen.

Conditions of Rent

All renting is nominative and cannot in any circumstance be sub-let.
The rental period is Saturday 16.00 – Saturday 10.00.
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is required to reserve accommodation.
This deposit will be deducted from the final payment.
Balance to be paid on arrival.

In the case of late arrival or early departure no refund or reduction will be given.
A security deposit of 150€will be asked for on arrival.
This will be refunded at the end of your stay depending on the state of the apartment and if there are any missing or broken items.

Rental is made only by our agreement and on receiving the necessary deposit.
Cancellation less than 60 days before due arrival will result in the loss of your deposit.
Small pets are welcome.
